Recommendation and Precautions for Skin Brightening
  • Try avoiding going out in the sun’s rays. Seek shade to protect yourself from the scorching heat and apply sunscreen when you are outdoors.
  • Instead of using cream-based makeup, it is better to apply products with mineral-based ingredients.
  • Drink at least 15 to 20 glasses of water a day during summer. This helps prevent the skin from becoming dry and keeps it hydrated and glowing.
  • Eat healthy, fiber-rich foods such as vegetables and fruits.
  • After swimming in chlorinated water, cleanse your skin and hair with fresh water; otherwise, tanning may worsen. Opt for cool showers instead of warm showers.
  • Avoid applying perfumes when you are out in the sun, as they may make your skin more sensitive to heat and sunlight.
  • Use tan-removal face packs.
